SUMMARY:

The City Manager, Street Superintendent, and Maintenance Superintendent have met on the necessary work required for DCI to occupy the building by the end of the year.  The cost is estimated to be about $15,000.  The main components are electrical, windows, flooring support, and the siding.

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  Budget amendment required.
