SUMMARY: Bids were received on the purchase of a drone aircraft. The bid of $5516 from GhostTracs, LLC is recommended. GhostTracs was the second lowest bidder however the lowest bidder, SHI International Corp, did not meet the bid requirements by including all said equipment.
