SUMMARY:
Requests for proposals were issued and received late last year for the operation of the concessions stands at the City's parks. Two proposals were received. A committee was formed to review the proposals, interview, and make a recommendation. The committee was comprised of Bruce Wyatt, Steve Hill, Tammie French, Terry Ashburn, Fred Houston, and Billy Loggins. Both proposals were excellent and the decision very difficult. Following several meetings and the interviews, the decision of the committee was to accept the proposal of Jeanne Swafford dba Mommyof2concessions.
