SUMMARY:
A final plat of a portion of The Gardens Phase VI and VII on 3.33 acres of land, creating 8 new lots and modifying 1, also creating approximately 560 feet of new road as well as approximately 560 feet of 6 inch waterline, and approximately 980 feet of 4 inch low pressure sewer. The new road is an extension of the road Red Oak Drive with a temporary cul-de-sac at the end.
The developer is attempting to have all utilities installed and road constructed and approved by City Staff prior to the Planning Commission meeting, however; if this is not the case the developer will be providing proper financial guarantees for whatever work has not been completed.
This plat is a phase of a preliminary plat that was presented and approved by the Planning Commission in March 2012.
Staff recommends approval of the Plat as long as the infrastructure has been installed and approved by the City or proper financial guarantees have been provided.
