SUMMARY: With the potential delay of the budget until after July 1, it has occurred to staff that a considerable amount of work has been done in preparation for the changes to a bi-weekly payroll by both staff and employees effective July 1. Permission is requested to implement the 2% bonus and the change to bi-weekly payrolls effective July 1.
