SUMMARY: McAlister’s Deli is proposing a new construction to open a restaurant here in Crossville. It will be located on an outparcel in the Lowe’s parking lot. 3 new water connections and 1 new sewer connection is proposed, all which will fall within a dedicated utility easement. No new driveways are being requested, since there will be an ingress/egress easement across Lowe’s parking lot to provide adequate access to the proposed site.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Since the ingress/egress/utility easements for this site plan are being established on a plat, staff recommends approval of the site plan subject to the recording of the Lowe’s plat, as was approved by the Planning Commission earlier in the agenda of today’s meeting.
