SUMMARY:
* IN-HOUSE, In progress:
o Property of William F Graham Subdivision, a simple 2 lot subdivision located at the corner of Northside Drive and HWY 127 north. Plat was submitted on July 1, 2013, reviewed on July 2, 2013 and DENIED, due to questions over a drainage easement that crosses the property. The developer was notified on July 5, 2013 and the plat was placed on HOLD until a solution could be reached. The plat was resubmitted on August 7, 2013 reviewed and APPROVED. Staff is currently waiting on multiple signed copies to be submitted by the developer's engineer.
o Robert B. Cross Subdivision, a two lot subdivision located off George Smith Rd. submitted as a simple on July 17, 2013, reviewed on July 18, 2013 and DENIED due to no state environmentalist signature in regard to the subsurface sewer system and the proposed creation of a substandard lot. The developer's surveyor was notified on July 19, 2013 that the substandard lot would need to be joined to another piece of property or a variance would have to be requested and the state environmentalist would be required to sign the plat or a variance could be requested. Staff was informed that the plat should be placed on HOLD at this time while the property owner makes up his mind.
