SUMMARY: Requests for Qualifications for engineering services were issued via mail to capable firms. Two responses were received, GRW Engineers, Inc. and J.R. Wauford & Co. Since both firms are familiar with the project and the City’s infrastructure, Staff recommends that they both be utilized to assist with projects related to the ARPA funding.
