SUMMARY: Approval of an amendment is requested for the construction inspection fees and construction administration fees for the downtown sidewalk project. The original construction anticipated time was 12-months. The project has been extended because of delays and the construction period is now set for 16-months with change order 5 to be approved. The attached amendment number 5 is attached for approval with an increase of $160,000.
