Discussion and action regarding approval of a letter of credit extension for Halstead Drive

SUMMARY: A letter of credit extension has been submitted for a mainline sewer extension on Halstead Drive. The current letter of credit on file expires on July 8, 2026. The new letter of credit will expire July 8, 2027. The project was delayed due to the permitting process with TDEC. The work is expected to be completed soon since a permit has been issued.
