Discussion regarding appointment of members to Building Code Board of Appeals

Body

SUMMARY: Since 3^rd reading of the Building Code Board of Appeals has been completed, it is time to appoint the members.  The Board shall consist of 5 members appointed by the Crossville City Council and shall be:

a)                     Cumberland County residents

b)                     Willing to serve for 5 years

c)                     Qualified by experience and training related to building construction

d)                     Not elected officials or city employees

Three members shall serve for 3 years and two members shall serve for 4 years.
