SUMMARY:
Bids were received on December 18, 2013. A tentative award needs to be made based on bid of Highways, Inc. in the amount of $7,646,463.40. This tentative award moves the bids to the funding agencies for their approval. Once all the approvals are received, it will come back to the Council for final approval and award.
