SUMMARY: On April 18, 2023, three bids were received to pave, seal, and stripe Centennial Park. Rogers Group bid in the amount of $136,165.00. Copeland DRP bid in the amount of $119,234.00. R & R Paving bid in the amount of $96,100.00. Staff recommends the low bidder, R & R Paving, be awarded the bid. A budget amendment in the amount of $30,000.00 is necessary.
