SUMMARY: Larry Bruce Reed dba After Shock Bar and Nite Club submitted an application for an on-premises beer permit for 1114 West Ave. This is the former location of Mr. Edd's and Destination Onyx. The application was deferred to the October meeting; however, the evening following the September meeting, the building burned and will be torn down. This application needs to be deferred indefinitely until a decision is made by the owner on the future of the property. Should the owner decide to proceed at a later date, the application will be re-advertised.
