SUMMARY: Eagle Scout Candidate Austin Cole of Boy Scout Troop #374 requests permission to construct an addition to the Fallen Firefighter Memorial located at Fire Station #1. Mr. Cole would like to construct a second column with a decorative Firefighter bell to be affixed to the top. All funding and work will be donated to the project and will be overseen by Cole and his advisors. The bell has been donated by Firefighter Ted Welch and design work by Volunteer Firefighter Rogers Spencer.
