Approval of waiver for pole banner signs-Veterans’ Day

SUMMARY: The City’s current sign ordinance does not allow for pole banner signs. Approval to hang the signs and granting a waiver for the sign ordinance is requested for the Veterans’ Day banners to be hung September 30-November 6. The issue will be addressed during the upcoming sign ordinance review to avoid another pole banner conflict.
