Matters relative to grant application for proposed greenway

SUMMARY:
As will be discussed in the public hearing, Lose & Associates is preparing a grant application to TDEC-Recreation Division for LPRF funds for a grant to construct a portion of a proposed greenway that would connect Centennial Park with Obed River Park. The proposed budget is $500,000, which would be funded by $250,000 in grant funds and $250,000 in local funds.
