SUMMARY: The developer, Mr. Wilson, is requesting that the LOCs for the roads and the storm water structures be released.

 

City staff has inspected and recommends the release of the Letters of Credit for both.

 

Upon the release of the LOC for the roads, the Crossville Regional Planning Commission needs to make a recommendation to City Council for the acceptance of approximately 985 feet of Holly Tree Drive as an official City street and set the speed limit of that road at 15 mph, which matches the other roads in the subdivision.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the release of the Letters of Credit and the forwarding of a recommendation to City Council for the acceptance of 985 feet of Holly Tree Drive as a City street, with a speed limit of 15mph.

 

Recommended Action

NECESSARY PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: Release the Letters of Credit and recommend to City Council the acceptance of the road as a City street.
