The Utility Maintenance Department sent specifications and request for bids on a new, 2015 Super Duty, 550 Chassis, 4x4, 165" WB DRW XL, Full Hydraulic Gravel Dump Bed Truck. It is recommended by the Utility Maintenance Manager, Billy Martin, that the low bid of $50,140.00 be accepted from McNelly Whaley Motor Co., Inc.

Accept the low bid from McNelly Whaley Motor Co., Inc. at a cost of $50,140.00 for the purchase of a new, 2015 Super Duty Truck with a Full Hydraulic Gravel Dump Bed.
Funds are budgeted and no amendment is necessary.
