Extension of Price Contract #746 Cleaning Services for City Hall Building

Hughes and Company Cleaning Services took over the price contract for cleaning the City Hall Building in February of 2013 when the original company had to be dismissed. It is requested that the Price Contract for cleaning services by Hughes and Company be extended for this coming fiscal year at a cost of $653.00 per week. This will have all cleaning services bids on the same renewal schedule. Hughes and Company does an exceptional job.
