SUMMARY: MTAS was asked to recommend an approach for review/renewal of the wastewater operations due to the upcoming expiration of the current contract with PSG and PSG's affiliate, Veolia. The attached documents provide their response as to the approach and guidelines for the bid process. The City Manager will lead a discussion on the process.
