SUMMARY:
Bids were received on an Employee Assistance Program for the employees. It is recommended that the City enroll in the 1-5 in-person sessions and the legal consultation and financial consultation services. Having this program will save an employee $35 per visit, up to 5 visits. The cost is approximately $4,000 per year with the City paying 100% of the costs. This will be a two year contract.
