SUMMARY: US Cellular is proposing an upgrade to an existing tower on Livingston Rd. They will be removing the existing 3 antennas and upgrading them with 3 new antennas. Also, they will do wiring upgrades and equipment upgrades in the existing support building located on the property.
A copy of their proposed work will be available at the meeting for Planning Commission Review.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the upgrade.
