SUMMARY: A final closeout change order 2 is attached for the High Mast Pole & Light at Exit 322- Interstate 40 project. The change order adds 75 days to the project, no monies and relieves the contractor of liquidated damages. The delay in the installation of the second pole was caused by material deliveries, weather conditions dealing with a crane and crane scheduling.
The Director of Engineering recommends the approval of the approval of the change order.
