The Veterans’ Service Office is planning a dedication ceremony for the new Post 9/11 Memorial at Memorial Park on Sunday, September 11.  They request that 4^th Street be blocked from Thurman to Rector and Main Street from 5^th Street to 2^nd Street from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
