Approval of Inter-Local Agreement for the maintenance of the communications system infrastructure

SUMMARY:
City Attorney Will Ridley is drafting an agreement to cover the sharing of the maintenance of the communications system infrastructure with Cumberland County on a 50/50 basis. Each entity will be responsible for the maintenance of their own equipment. Mr. Ridley will send out his draft agreement prior to the meeting for review by Council.
