SUMMARY: Retroactive approval of a grant contract for the Community Development Block Grant is recommended. The terms of the contract were previously approved by Council. After approval, the City of Crossville was allotted an additional $370,000 for the Greenway project. This lowers the amount of money to be contributed by the City of Crossville. The contract amendment was due on April 28^th.
