SUMMARY:  Mr. Kerley is proposing an office for his construction business and a warehouse to be used for storage at the intersection of Miller Avenue and Dayton Avenue. The proposed structures will be a 36’x64’ office and a 50’x53.5’ warehouse. The development will require a new driveway to Miller Avenue since it is a state route. There will be new water and sewer connections. Due to the proximity of the proposed development to a stream, a stormwater structure will be required. The stormwater structure has not been designed yet, but its approximate location has been shown on the site plan.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan, subject to TDOT driveway permit and any required storm water permits.
