SUMMARY:

A contract has been offered by Dr. Mark Fox to continue medical director services for the Fire Department and First Responder Program.  The compensation is set at $200 per month for standard services and $100 per hour worked and for appropriate expenses as billed by Dr. Fox.  The contract automatically renews unless terminated by either party.  This matter was deferred at the September 11^th meeting.
