SUMMARY:
Since the renovation of the depot, the Rotary Foundation of Cumberland County, Tennessee, Inc. has leased and operated the depot. The current lease began August 1, 2004 and ended July 31, 2009 with the option to renew for five years, which they did. It is the City's understanding that the Rotary Foundation is no longer in a position to continue this relationship. The City Manager reached out to DCI about entering into a relationship; however, they have declined. The City Manager requests the Council to have an open discussion on options they would like him to pursue.
