SUMMARY:

    As approved at an earlier meeting, the lease agreement has been finalized for approval by Council.  The Exhibit A has also been finalized outlining the responsibilities of both DCI and the City in the renovation of the building.

    An ad has been placed in the newspaper to meet Charter requirements.  The 30 day period will end on October 20.
