Approval of resolution to submit application for funding of a 2020 CDBG project

SUMMARY:
A public hearing was held prior to the meeting on January 14 to receive public comments for potential projects. City staff recommends that a grant application be submitted for a wastewater project for sewer system improvements not to exceed $600,000. An additional $30,000 would be available for being Three Star compliant. The City would be responsible for 10%.
