Approval of sidewalk at corner of Webb Avenue & Neecham Street

SUMMARY: Crossville First United Methodist is in the process of constructing a retaining wall at the corner of Webb Avenue and Neecham Street due to safety and erosion concerns. The church requests that the City build a sidewalk at the corner to the end of the wall. Their project won’t begin until the sidewalk has been completed; therefore, they are only asking for approval before starting the wall, not necessarily completion of the sidewalk at this point. They have agreed to grant any access or easements as required.
