Approval of Amendment Number 3 for Safe Routes to School Program

SUMMARY:
The City has been approved for a one year extension for the completion of the sidewalks project. The project must now be completed by August 19, 2015. No further amendments will be allowed. The engineers are finalizing the redesign on W. Fourth Street. When the easement drawings are available, we will begin contacting those property owners and will provide a full report back to Council when all the contacts have been made so that we can give you a better indication of the expected costs for acquisition.
