Approval of Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement

SUMMARY:
The Tennessee Department of Transportation is continuing toward the improvements on Hwy. 127S. As of now, this project is scheduled for letting in December 2014. They have requested approval of an agreement for the maintenance and operation of a traffic signal to be located at the intersection of S. Main St. and Justice Center Dr/Hayes St. Tim Begley will be contacting them to make sure the correct brand is used in the specifications so that it matches with our other traffic signals.
