Approval for improvements to Taylor Lane, an unimproved public right-of-way

SUMMARY:
Lou Morrison has requested permission to improve a public right-of-way located next to his properties at 152 Park Street and 160 Park Street. The improvements will be at no cost to the City and will not restrict access to the utilities. He understands that the improvements are at his expense and that the right-of-way will continue to remain public.
The City Attorney has reviewed the request and advised that the three affected property owners should be contacted and sign off on the project. Mr. Morrison has agreed to do make that contact.
Stormwater Staff: Any improvements made by Mr. Morrison should take into consideration the existing drainage from surrounding streets and should not impede the hydraulic function of said drainage. This drainage runs parallel to the right-of-way on the northern side.
