SUMMARY: Request for proposals were received for the removal of the City’s water tank located at Colinx off of Cox Avenue. Based upon the RFP’s criteria for evaluation that was included in the RFP, the Engineering Department staff recommends E. Luke Greene, Co. Inc. be awarded the RFP at the lump sum base price of $10,700.00.
