SUMMARY: The Feed store is proposing a 5,760 square foot greenhouse to the east of their store. The proposed greenhouse is well outside any setbacks and will not require any new utility connections or driveways.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan.
