Discussion on action on funding for Meadow Park Lake Low Pressure Sewer Line and Meadow Park Lake Water Line

SUMMARY:  City Council approved submitting funding requests to the State Revolving Loan Fund and Rural Development at the last meeting for the project.  It has been brought to the attention of staff that if RUD is pursued, that a NEPA environmental document and a full engineering preliminary report would be necessary.  Staff requests to clarify the desire of the Council.
