SUMMARY: Liberty Baptist church is proposing a land swap with an adjacent property owner and joining a couple of their other parcels into one. They are seeking a variance for the requirement of soils testing for a backup system on lot 1. The overall size of the lot is not changing that much, with property being added to the rear, while a section of the side is being added to the church’s property. The section being added to the church’s property is at a higher elevation than the remainder of lot 1 and would not impact any potential area for a backup system for septic.
