SUMMARY: The Co-op is proposing the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new facility for their Veterinary Clinic. The proposed building will be 4,080 square feet and located along Industrial Blvd. between Tri-County Rental and Faith Baptist Church. New driveway or water/sewer connections are not required.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan.
