SUMMARY:
The City is considering applying for grant funds up to $500,000 to help cover the costs for additional improvements to the wastewater system. The attached resolution designates the Mayor as Financial Officer for the project. This designation is required by federal statutes, but is signatory only on pay requests and contracts. The Mayor will handle no funds.
