Approval of waiver for pole banner signs-Relay 4 Life

SUMMARY: The City’s current sign ordinance does not allow for pole banner signs. Approval to hang the signs and granting a waiver for the sign ordinance is requested for the Relay 4 Life banners. The issue will be addressed in the sign ordinance review.
