Ordinance amending the FY11-12 Solid Waste Budget

SUMMARY: Trash cans were distributed by Public Works throughout the year to new residents and for replacement cans which depleted the inventory. A journal entry was made to debit the expense and this caused the actual expenses to be greater than the budgeted amount. This necessitates an adjustment for year-end audit purposes.
