SUMMARY: The City has received Surface Transportation Block Grant funding allocation for section 2 of the Northwest Connector project; however, the project is expected to exceed the contracted amount of $274,925 and an amendment was requested to receive additional STBG funding for the reimbursement of Right of Way costs. The amendment increases the amount of the ROW phase to $573,310.00 with the local match being 20%.
