Summary
It is the recommended that the low bid for Janitorial Services from BCMS/Jan-Pro be accepted for the new City Hall Building. Twelve bids were sent out and six potential bidders attended the mandatory walk through of the new building. Bids ranged in price from a low of $412.84 to a high bid of $1,663.00 a week
The cost from BCMS/Jan-Pro for cleaning from November through June 30, 2013 will be $412.84 per week.
BUDGET ACCOUNT: A budget amendment to cover cleaning services is in process in the amount of $7,500.00. Debit 110-41810-290 Contractual for the $7,500 and Credit 110-27100 Fund Balance for $7,500
