Discussion and action on River Run Golf Club

SUMMARY:
As discussed at work session, Councilmember Kerley would like to begin negotiations on the purchase of the River Run Golf Club as a potential location for the City's effluent from the wastewater treatment plant through an irrigation system. A map of the golf course property is attached. Information on land application was presented to the Council by Karina Byrum from TDEC at the May 29, 2014 work session. The City Manager suggests that Council might want to listen to the audio recording of that work session that is available on the City's website at:
