SUMMARY:

A proposal from the Crossville Youth Baseball and Softball Association is attached for review.  They are requesting a one-time donation from the city of $3,000 as they work toward self-sufficiency.  They are also requesting that no new fees be instituted by the City for use of the fields that could affect their program and costs.  At the work session, the City Manager was requested to contact the County Mayor about splitting the $3,000.
