SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a 3-lot subdivision that will require a sewer line extension. The Preliminary plat was approved by Planning Commission at the May 2022 meeting. A financial guarantee will be provided for the installation of the sewer line. That amount is not known by staff at the time of the agenda item write-up; however, the approved amount will be presented to the Planning Commission at the meeting.
NOTED CORRECTIONS:
• The word “Lot” needs to be removed from the adjacent property owner listing.
• Property owner information is missing from one adjacent property.
• An easement must be shown for the proposed new sewer line crossing the remainder.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat, as long as the noted corrections have been made and an acceptable financial guarantee is provided.
