Discussion and action regarding Independent Contractor Agreement for Medical Director Services

SUMMARY: At the January meeting, City Council approved drafting an amended Medical Director’s Independent Contractor agreement to facilitate the position of Medical Director and then deferred the item at the February meeting to allow for time to receive quotes on insurance. The proposed agreement and insurance rates are attached.
